Refund policy
Due to Covid-19 there is no refund policy. If you have not tried our products, it is best for you to try our travel size bottles before you order our full-size collection. Please make sure you READ ALL INGREDIENTS before purchasing.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must have been lost by the shipping company, damaged or broken bottles by the shipping company. You’ll need the receipt and proof of purchase along with pictures and a claim number from the shipping company.
To start a refund, you can contact us at contact@royalkurls.shop If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any defective, damaged items or if you receive the wrong order. please put your order number in the subject line alone with pictures of the item you purchased. You can contact us at sales@royalkurls.shop
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific products. To AVOID ANY allergic reactions please make sure you read all ingredients before ordering any products. ALL of our products contain natural organic oils, butters, preservatives, products and essentials oils.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the damage item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send a confirmation email shipping out your items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
