Wrong Address

If items are shipped to the wrong address under Royal Kurls mistake a refund will be given and products will be sent out free of charge.

If address is wrong due to customer mistake and Royal Kurls is not notified there will be NO REFUND and customer will have to pay for shipping.

Broken or Damaged Items

If any items are broken or damaged send in pictures with your order number in the subject line to our customer service email.
